We'll Miss You Mrs. Gulliford

It was with much sadness that we had to say goodbye to our wonderful Mrs. Gulliford in a special school assembly. The children sang her favourite songs and we all joined together to wish her a very happy, thoroughly earned, retirement.

Mrs. Gulliford loved her farewell gifts and I thank you, the parents, for your contributions towards them.

Spring Term Ahead

As the days grow longer again and the daffodils start to bloom, we realise the school year is halfway over already! At Pendoylan, Spring brings with it a busy schedule and lots of fun. We have our joyous St David's Day Eisteddfod to look forward to, a fundraising Fashion Show at the Copthorne Hotel on 14th March plus our collective worship and celebrations for Easter.

Looking back briefly, I would like to personally thank the Archbishop of Wales, Rev Dr Barry Morgan, for officially blessing our school. It was a lovely day and we were honoured by his visit.
